Betty J. Lapina

Betty J. Lapina 80, of Somerset, died January 24, 2019, at The Patriot. Born April 2, 1938, in Somerset, she is the daughter of the late William and Rose (Macyda) Tokar. Also preceded in death by a brother William and the love of her life, Eugene Neumann. Survived by a daughter, Sherri Lapina-Champey and husband Joe of Somerset,  grandchildren, Amber Rose Champey, Joey Champey and wife Jennifer, Samantha Jo Champey and Melissa Champey.  Also 10 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Betty was a member of the Transportation Union Local 282 and was a retired bus driver for the Bristol Twp. School District. She loved attending functions for her grandchildren. Grave side services and interment will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, February 7, 2019 in Washington Crossing National Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of the Robert H.
