Margaret G. Sicheri

Margaret G. Mattaliano McClarin Sicheri, 93, of Somerset died May 3, 2018 at In Touch Hospice House. Born July 14, 1924 in Gray, she is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters and husband James O. Sicheri  who died in 2000. Survived by her daughter Michele, married to Dwight Lloyd of Somerset and beloved grandsons, Michael Lloyd and wife Allyson of Oakdale, PA and Jason Lloyd of Somerset. Margaret worked for many years selling women’s clothing at the Lois Ann Shoppe, Geo. W. Schenck Co. and Connie’s Closet and also sold tickets at the Governor Theater.  She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.  She was known for her cooking and baking especially her coconut cream pies and sand tart cookies. There will be no  viewing at her request. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Monday at St. Peter’s Catholic Church Committal in Somerset County Memorial Park.
