Nellie W. Stahl

Nellie W. Stahl 80, of Somerset, died October 13, 2018 at In Touch Hospice House. Born February 1, 1938, in Meyersdale, she is the daughter of the late John and Elsie (Sipple) Weigle. Also preceded in death by brothers; James, Harry and Edmund Weigle, sister Dorothy Marteeny, sisters-in-law; Mary and Harriet Weigle and Dorla Stahl-Thompson and brothers-in-law,  Harold  Marteeny and John VanderVat.  Survived by husband Larry Stahl, children; Kevin L. Stahl and wife Tracy of Boswell and Sue Betters and husband Darren of Pottstown. Grandchildren; Cody Stahl and wife Jill, Nicholas Stahl and Courtney Stahl and Alec Betters. Sisters-in-law, Frances Elizabeth Weigle of Somerset and Lorraine VanderVat of Catonsville, MD.  Nellie is also several nieces and nephews who she was very close too.  Nellie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a 1956 graduate of Somerset High School. Services and interment will be private. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon of Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church.
