Willis A. Drake

Willis A. Drake 74, of Somerset, died March 20, 2018 at In Touch Hospice House. Born February 18, 1944, in Sipesville, he is the son of the late Sherman and Frances (Weyand) Drake.  Also preceded in death by a step grandson, Austin Coddington.  Survived by his wife, Shirley (Tirko) Drake. Children: Robert Drake of Boswell, Kevin Drake and wife Tami of Somerset and Scott Drake and wife Michele of Boswell.  Five grandchildren: Brittany Emswiler-Wolfe, Becca Drake, Dustin Drake, Dylan Drake and Drew Drake. Step Grandchildren: Justin, Chris and Chad Trent, and Malorie Coddington. Also numerous brothers and sisters.  Willis was a member of the VFW Post 554 and Eagles Aires 1801.  He was employed as a welder for Fetterolf Coal Co. He enjoyed woodworking in his spare time. Friends will be received from 4-7 Thursday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will be held at 11 am Friday with Reverend Dale Stotler officiating. Interment Casebeer  Cemetery.
