Barry L. Walker

Barry L. Walker 76 of Somerset, died January 24, 2026 at his residence. Born June 17, 1949 in Somerset, he is the son of the late Lee Walker and Leanna (Barron) Miller. Survived by wife Sandy (Benedict) Walker, children Brian Walker and wife Nicole and Denise Kalp and husband John. Grandchildren Sebastian Walker Emilie Walker, Corbin Kalp, Tyler Kalp and Hunter Bittner. Also survived by a sister Barbara Cookun and husband Bob of Winchester, VA.  Barry drove truck for Ludy Trucking and later Cannell Trucking. He was a 1967 graduate of Somerset High School and a Navy veteran. Friends will be received from 3 -7 Friday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Interment will be private.
