Carol Jean Tressler

Carol Jean Tressler 82, of Friedens, went to be with her Lord and Savior September 15, 2023. Born April 12, 1941 she is the daughter of the late Vincent and Betty Jane (Sarver) Charlton. Also preceded in death by her husband Van M. Tressler, granddaughter Emily and siblings Nancy, Stanley and Randy and Son-In-Law Troy Lepley. Survived by children; Jeff Tressler and wife Barbra of Shanksville, Cliff Tressler and friend Jackie of Gray, Kim Lepley and friend Roy of Stoystown and Jolene Smith and husband Gary of Somerset. Also 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Sister of Patricia Will, Sandra Lynn Lepley, Daniel Bernard Charlton. Carol was a member of the Beulah United Methodist Church and retired as a Certified Nurse Aid. Friends will be received from 6-8 Tuesday and 10 – 11 Wednesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will immediately follow with Reverend Mike Minick officiating. Interment in Beulah Cemetery.
