Charles N. Baker 88, of Listie, died March 15, 2018 , at his residence. Born July 29, 1929, in Somerset, he is the son of the late Harry M. and Marion (Berkley) Baker. Also preceded in death by brotherHarry M. Baker and his wife Mary (Lewis) Baker, sister Dorothy (Baker) Mosgrave and husband Harry and a granddaughter Angela Christine (Baker) Younkin. Survived by his wife, of 67 years, Zola (Williams) Baker and children: Thomas E. Baker and wife Joan (Menear) Baker, Herbert C. Baker, Mardianne R. (Baker) St. Clair and Alan S. Baker and wife Tracy (Maxson) Baker. Also 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Charles was a life long member of the Listie Grace Brethren Church and the Jenner Rod & Gun Club and a Navy veteran.. He was retired from Bethlehem Steel with 33 years of service. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and making fishing lures. Friends will be received from 1 to 3pm Monday in the Listie Grace Brethren Church where services will immediately follow with Reverend Christopher Knight officiating. Interment in Listie Cemetery.
