Christy A. Hay

Christy A. Hay 62, of Rockwood, died January 15, 2026 at UPMC Shadyside. Born August 15, 1963 she is the daughter of the late Charles and Ann (Mitchell) Walker. Survived by her husband Jeff, son Andy, sister Lori Walker and aunt Joann Miller. Christy was a member of the First Christian Church where she was very active with the youth group and served as a deaconess for many years. She was employed as a Librarian for the Rockwood School District. She loved to read and was a very kind and giving person. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Saturday January 31st in the First Christian Church with Pastor Brent Willims officiating. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the North Carolina Mission Trip, First Christian Church, 139 E. Main St. Somerset, PA 15501. Arrangements under the direction of the Robert H.
