Craig W. Hamer

Craig W. Hamer, 57, of Somerset, died January 29, 2018.  Born May 17, 1960, in Somerset, he is the son of the late Carl W. and Betty G. (Shaulis) Hamer.  Also  preceded in death by a brother, Richard.  Survived by his wife, Melissa (Hudson) Hamer and these children: Curtis, Jeremy and Karyn Hamer all of Somerset.  Brother of Penny Hamer of Somerset and Allen “Pete” Hamer and wife Jennifer of Friedens.   Craig attended the New Beginnings Outreach Center.  He was a 1979 Graduate of Somerset High School and was employed at G S Products, in Lavansville, as a painter. He loved riding his motorcycle and taking care of his friend Bill’s Texas Longhorn Cows.  He also loved taking care of his chickens and his dog, Chloe.  Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 Friday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will be held at 11 am Saturday with Reverend Kurtis Frampton officiating.  Interment in  Will’s Cemetery.   Condolences may be made at www.halversonfuneralhome.com.
