Donald R. Dwire

Don Dwire 84, of Somerset, died September 18, 2022 at his residence. Born March 12, 1938 in Casselman, he is the son of the late Ray Allen and Grace (Turney) Dwire. Also preceded in death by a daughter Vickie Chabol and brothers: Ronald, Dean, Robert and Floyd. Survived by his wife Shirley (Kelly) Dwire to whom he was married 64 years, sons, Randy and Rodney both of Somerset, 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and sisters, Faye Jean Fike and Nancy Conn both of Confluence. Don was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Truckers Association and the Over The Hill Gang and was an Air Force Veteran.  Don drove truck for various companies and was awarded 2 safe driving awards. A Graveside memorial service will be held Thursday at 1:30 pm  in the Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery with Reverend Roger Howard officiating.  Arrangements under the direction of the Robert H.
