Donald Johnston

 Donald M. “Duck” Johnston 76 of Somerset died January 8, 2024 at home. He was born March 7, 1947 to the late Clyde A.  and Sara (Johnson) Johnston. Also preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters. He is survived by wife of 40 years Lois (Purbaugh), Son Brandon Johnston and girlfriend Tina Custer of Friedens, Kimberly Purbaugh who he raised since she was 6 years old, Jerry Cramer of Meyersdale, Cindy and John Baird Hooversville, Sandi Johnston Somerset, Susan Trout Hooversville, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, two special grandchildren Tyler and Matthew, Sister Geradine Harrington Somerset.  He was a former member of Somerset REACT.  Friends received from 12-2 Thursday in the Milford Church where services will immediately follow with Reverend Douglas Burns.
