Emily Cooper Obituary

Emily S. Cooper, 96, of Somerset, died January 19, 2019 at In Touch Hospice House. Born May 12, 1922, in Somerset, she is the daughter of the late Nelson W. and Elsie (Ferner) Smith. Also preceded in death by a son, Lt.Col. Nelson J. Cooper and sister and brother-in-law Betty and Neil Morrison. Survived by grandchildren: Robert B.Cooper II and wife Mila and Nelson J. Cooper II and Ami. Great grandchildren, Daniel, Katherine and Christina a one great great granddaughter. Niece, Neillynn M. Crawford, grand nephew, Christopher M.Crawford and great grand niece, Katja E. Crawford. Services and interment are private. Arrangements under the direction of the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.
