Harold Lloyd “Posey” Flowers, born August 23, 1951, went to be with our Lord on January 30, 2026. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his four daughters. Proceeded in death by his father Robert Flowers Sr., mother, Dorthea Sadler Flowers, sisters, Shirley Flowers, Elizabeth Fleegle, and Carol Smith: brother Ray Flowers and beloved infant daughter Marsha Flowers and infant great granddaughter Posie Foy Survived by brother Robert Flowers Jr and sister Beverly Frye, daughters, Vickie (Mike) Sly, Lisa (Bryan) Zuber, Sherry Golden and Elizabeth Oakes (Daniel Hay). Two grandsons, Justin Sly and Caleb Sly. Five granddaughters, Jessica Combs, Courtney Smith, Olivia Rogers, Megan (Punky Doodle) Foy and Katherine (Katie) Phillippi. Four great grandchildren Landon and Scarlett Phillippi, Pearson Combs and Emma Rogers and his longtime companion and best friend Dorothy Luce and many nieces and nephews. Posey was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He touched everyone who knew him in a special way. He loved and adored his girls with all his heart. Holiday gatherings with family were his favorite. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 Wednesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will be held at 11 am Thursday with his nephew Kevin Fleegle officiating. Interment in husband Cemetery. Condolences may be made at wwwhalversonfunerlhome.com.
