Joseph E. Hershberger

Joseph E. Hershberger Sr., 74, of Somerset, died November 7, 2020 in Johnstown. Born July 30, 1946, in Dover, DE, he is the son of the late Emanuel J. and Drusilla (Yoder) Hershberger.  Also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Survived by his wife, Alice Dianne (Sutton) Hershberger, children: Michael Hershberger and friend Brenda of Springs and Joseph E. Hershberger of Georgia. Step children: Bill Rugg and wife Tammy of Meyersdale, Tina Lohr of Hooversville, Michelle Sullivan and husband Michael of Boswell and Son-In-law John Lohr of Windber. Also 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Joseph was a retired over the road truck driver and a member of the Pentecostals of Greater Johnstown, Hollsopple. A celebration of life will be held Saturday November 28, 2020 at 11 am in the Pentecostals of Greater Johnstown with Reverend Don Zeek officiating. Contributions may be made to the funeral home.
