Kathy A. Plaso

Kathy A. Plaso 71, of Sipesvile, died January 8, 2026 at Patriot Village. Born April 25, 1954 in Somerset, she is the daughter of the late Steve Plaso Jr. and Mary (Migot) Plaso.  She is also preceded in death by best friend Eve Kline. Kathy was a graduate of Somerset High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She was employed as a Libarian for the Somerset County Library, Somerset State Hospital and SCI Laurel Highland. a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. A graveside service will be held at 10 am Thursday in Somerset County Memorial Park with Father Angelo Patti officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Somerset County Library, 6022 Glades Pike, Somerset, PA 15501.Arrangements under the direction of the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.
