Robert E. Shaffer 74, of Lincoln Twp., died October 25, 2019. Born October 20, 1945, in Somerset, he is the son of the late Lester and Viola (Baker) Shaffer. Also preceded in death by a brother Clarence Shaffer. Survived by a sister, Mrs. Darrel (Ethel) Henry of Stoystown and Sister-In-Law Sharon Shaffer of Somerset. Friends received from 9 to 11 am Wednesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will immediately follow with Reverend Barry K. Ritenour officiating. Interment in Bethany Cemetery.
