Ross J. Knopsnyder

Ross J. Knopsnyder, 75, of Markleton, died November 16, 2018, at his residence. Born March 19, 1943, in Markleton, he is the son of the late Elmer and Florence (Murray) Knopsnyder. Also preceded in death by brothers, Alfred and Leroy, son, Russell and grandchildren, Dalton and Daniel Knopsnyder. Survived by his wife, Mary (Lynn) Knopsnyder to whom he was married 57 years. A daughter, Charlotte Hunt and  husband Jeremy and grandchildren: Crystal Powell, William Knopsnyder, Faith Knopsnyder, Emma, Jacob and Isaiah Hunt. Great grandchildren: Marisa Knopsnyder, Delenn and Teyla Knopsnyder. Also a sister Delores Ringler. Ross  faithfully attended  the Milford United Methodist Church. He worked in the woods cutting timber and in the saw mill for a total of 45 years. He enjoyed riding around on his tractors and cutting wood.  Friends will be received from 2 t 4 pm Tuesday in the Milford United Methodist Church where services will immediately follow with Reverend Doug Burns officiating.  Interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Milford United Methodist Church, 368 Bando Rd., Somerset, PA 15501 or to the family. Arrangements under the direction of the Robert H.
