Ruth E. Glessner

Ruth E. Ogline Glessner 88, of Somerset, passed away on November 18, 2022. Born April 12, 1934 in Somerset to George and Goldie (Beck) Barclay. Also preceded in death by her first husband Robert E. Ogline, son Timothy G. Ogline, grandson William C. Ogline, great granddaughter Elizabeth a. Faulkner, second husband Robert F. Glessner, sisters Joan Fritz and Dorothy Sheeler and son-in-law Don Arden Jr. Survived by children Kathy A. Yutzy, Carol O. Pritts (Jeff), Gary L. Ogline (Deb), David Ogline (Peg), Karen H. Hartge (Bill), Cheryl D. Pollock (Ed), William P. Ogline (Penny), Bobbi Jo Tipton (Dave). Also numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister of George Barclay, Nancy Bittlebrun, Harold Barclay and Leslie Barclay. Ruth graduated from Somerset High School in 1952 and retired from DeVilbiss after 23 years. She attended Somerset Alliance Church. She was a gifted artist and loved to show her paintings off. Friends will be received from 4-8 Tuesday in the ROBERT H. HALVERSON FUNERAL HOME where services will be held at 11 am Wednesday with Reverend Don Robson officiating. Interment in Weller Cemetery.
