Sharon Louise (Kade) Foglesong 77 of Somerset, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family March 3, 2026 at her residence. Born August 18, 1948, in Beachwood, WV, she is the daughter of the late Paul S. and Helen L. (Ellis) Kade Survived by her husband Samuel W. Foglesong, sons Samuel Scott Foglesong and friend Lisa Christner of Somerset and Stuart Alan Foglesong and wife Vicki (Turnbull) of Greensburg, grandchildren Sami Lee Foglesong and Jarrott Scott Foglesong. Sister of Stanley Kade and Melissa Thurmston and Kevin McDougal. Sharon graduated from Mullens High School in 1966 where she was a feature twirler in the band. She earned her Beautician Certification from the state of Florida in 1968. After moving to Somerset, Sharon worked at several local businesses as an office manager. She volunteered to help with the Daily American Challenge and was instrumental in helping to raise over $700,000 for local non-profit charities. Sharon loved baking for others and being around kids, especially her grandkids. Friends will be received from 4-6 pm Friday in the Robert H. Halverson Home where services will immediately follow with Pastor Barry K. Ritenour officiating. Interment in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckly, WV.
