Thomas Dean Spangler

Thomas Dean Spangler 65, of Fairhope, died November 26, 2023. Born February 19, 1958, in Somerset, he is the son of the late Lloyd and Margaret (Barron) Spangler. Survived by only son Jed Spangler and girlfriend Jen Davison of Somerset, brother Eric Spangler and wife Bev of Somerset, loving fiancé of 25 years Laura Boncoski. Nephews Josh and Jake Spangler, special grandson Izaak Kalina and his extended Boncoski family and best friend Kim Winck who was his main running mate in Tom’s extended hunting and fishing crew. Tom was a member of the Jenner Rod & Gun Club and the New Baltimore Sportsman’s. The owner of Spangler Explosives Co. and owner and operator of Spangler Motor Freight. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 Friday in the ROBERT H. HALVERSON FUNERAL HOME where services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday with the Josh Spangler officiating.  Interment immediately following in Somerset County Memorial Park.
