Vernon Spangler

Vernon L. Spangler, 90, of Somerset passed away February 12, 2024 at Somerset Health and Rehabilitation Center.  He was born August 27, 1933 in Jenners to the late David and Ethel Spangler.  Also preceded in death by his wife Elaine (Queer), daughter Luann Beal, and brothers Daniel and Edward.  Vernon was a retired Supervisor at Rockwood Manufacturing, and an Air Force Veteran. A graveside service will be held Friday at 1:00pm at the Casebeer Cemetery with Reverend Leland Seese officiating. Arrangements under the direction of Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.
