James H. Kight
James H. Kight, owner and funeral director, has been a licensed funeral director in the state of West Virginia since 1975, and in Pennsylvania since 1977. He has lived and worked in the Somerset area since 1981. He is a graduate of Beckley College in West Virginia, and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He is a member of the First Christian Church, Somerset Lodge # 358 F&AM, the Somerset Rotary Club, and National, State and Local Funeral Director Associations.
David K. Halverson
David K. Halverson was born and raised in Somerset and assists with visitations and funerals. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves to hunt, fish, walk with his dog and bicycle. He is a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and is past president of the Somerset Rotary Club. Dave is also an insurance broker through the Mosholder Insurance Agency. He has been a devoted and dedicated employee at the funeral home since 1977.
Katherine R. Kight
Katherine R. Kight, wife of Jim, assists with visitations, funerals and general office work. She is a member of the First Christian Church where she is active in the church choir. She is also an active member of Trinity Chapter # 138 Order of the Eastern Star.
Elizabeth V. Kight
Elizabeth V. Benedict, daughter of Jim and Kathy, assists with visitations, funerals and general office work. She is a member of the First Christian Church. She has been employed at the funeral home since 2001.
